DOA and Shipping Policy

Your purchase from CoralVille Florida/ Constitutes that You Agree to the DOA and Shipping Policy Statement - With No Exceptions.

We only ship corals healthy and have a great success rate doing so. All shipments are sent overnight using one of two carriers, FedEx or UPS. 

If you have a DOA claim you MUST notify us via email by using the contact us link on this website ( within 2 hours of delivery and provide as many pictures as possible of the coral in question. DO NOT throw away any corals, as we may ask you to provide additional photos if needed.

We may ask to allow 2-3 weeks for stressed or damaged corals to be evaluated for DOA

ALL DOA’s will be issued STORE CREDIT or if possible, we will ship replacement coral with another order. CoralVille Florida/ makes all final determinations on DOA credits or shipments.

There is no refund on shipping charges under any circumstances.
